EME, LLC is searching for individuals with an A-player mentality to join our team as a full-time Journeyman. We're not looking for drones, we're seeking passionate professionals eager to build their career in the electrical field. Our Scandia, MN location offers a dynamic work environment where you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.

Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, alongside ensuring compliance with local and state electrical codes. We need visualizers who are forward thinkers, always considering the next step in any given project. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience and the ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. They should be curious individuals who are able to take instruction well while also being punctual and respectful of others' space and time. 

Our EME family values thoughtfulness in all actions - thinking "is this how I would do it in my house?" We appreciate people driven by ambition rather than settling for less. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is mandatory.

Candidates must possess excellent troubleshooting skills coupled with problem-solving abilities. Teamwork capabilities are essential along with effective communication skills with clients and colleagues. Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet, performing physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in confined spaces is required.
